2. Using the website

• Energy Insight is free to read. Our full Analysis needs a free account, and reports are sold separately.
• You must be 18 or over to create an account. Each account is for one person: please do not share your password.
• Give accurate details when you sign up or buy. We confirm your email with a 6-digit code before your account is fully active.
• Do not copy the site in bulk, scrape it with automated tools, try to get round the signup or download controls, or interfere with how the site works.

3. Our content

Articles, analysis, charts, data tables and reports on entelera.com are © Entelera. You may quote short extracts, with credit to “Entelera Research” and a link to the page. You may not republish, resell or distribute our content, or use it to build a competing product or database, without our written permission.

Company names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the companies we write about.

4. Not advice

Our content is for information only. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Estimates and forecasts are our own judgement at the time of writing and can turn out to be wrong. Make your own checks before you act on anything we publish.

5. Buying a report

• Prices are shown in US dollars ($) on the report page and at checkout before you pay. Prices exclude GST and any other applicable taxes. Where Indian GST applies, it is added at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card or bank details go directly to Razorpay; we do not see or store them. Your bank may add its own currency conversion or overseas transaction fees.
• You need a confirmed Entelera account to buy, so that we can deliver your report and keep a record of your licence.
• Your order is accepted when we email you the order confirmation. If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• We email a receipt or invoice for every order to the address on your account.

6. Licences

When you buy a report you get a licence to use it, not ownership of it. There are two options at checkout, and both are for one named person:

• Single user: one named person may read, download and print the report for their own work.
• Bundle with results scorecard: the report together with the related results scorecard, on the same terms as Single user.

Under either option you may quote short extracts in internal documents and presentations, with credit to “Entelera Research”. You may not post a report online, share or forward it to anyone else, resell it, or upload it to any shared file library or automated data-mining service. For any wider use, ask us first at team@entelera.com.

7. Delivery, refunds and cancellations

Our Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how reports are delivered, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when you can cancel or get your money back.

8. Accuracy and liability

We take care to check our facts and figures and to name our sources, but we cannot promise that everything is complete, current or free of error. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on our content, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Consulting and analytics work

Consulting, custom research and Business Analytics projects are covered by a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, timeline, price and payment terms. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

10. Links to other websites

We link to other websites as sources. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

11. Suspending accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing a report outside its licence or misusing the site. If we close your account without good reason, we will refund any report you have paid for but not yet downloaded.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you placed an order apply to that order.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us first, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India will have exclusive jurisdiction. If you buy as a consumer, you keep any rights the law of your country gives you.
