1. How you receive your report

• Your report is ready as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
• You can download it from My account → Downloads when you are signed in, and we also email a download link to the address on your account.
• Reports are PDF files. You need a PDF reader, such as the one built into most browsers.

2. Download limits

Each order can be downloaded up to 5 times within 30 days of purchase. Please save a copy when you first download it. If you need a fresh link after that, email us with your order number.

3. Bundles and later files

If you buy a bundle that includes a file we have not yet published, such as a results scorecard, it is added to your downloads and emailed to you on the day it is published. The Q3 2026 results scorecard will be published by 14 November 2026. If it is not, we refund the price difference between the bundle and Single user automatically, as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Where we deliver

We deliver to buyers worldwide, subject to the rules of our payment provider and any sanctions that apply.

5. If your report has not arrived

Check your spam folder and the Downloads section of your account first. If the report is not there within 24 hours of payment, email team@entelera.com with your order number and we will send it to you.
